At Lumos we believe in virtuosity- “doing the common, uncommonly well”- and our format is designed to build a strong foundation in basic movement patterns upon which we progressively layer new skills and challenges. We train our athletes to understand the how- how to move well, how to perform at high levels, how to rest, recover, and refuel properly- and the why- the underlying context of what they are doing and why it’s important.
Lastly, we do all of this within the larger frame of a nurturing and vibrant community that supports, challenges, and celebrates everyone willing to put in consistent, smart, and honest effort.
